This is an ideal role for a Paralegal who has gained commercial experience of wills, probate, powers of attorney etc and is now looking to develop broader and deeper Private Client skills. You will work in an established team with an excellent reputation for client care and guidance resulting in a high degree of repeat business. What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Paralegal

  • Act as the first point of contact for new and existing clients- answering queries over email, via phone and in person
  • Provide legal support to the teamproviding help on a range of work (drafting legal documents, undertaking legal research etc)including the undertaking of legal research.
  • Assisting with the preparation of Wills as well as Probate, Power of Attorney and Court of Protection

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Law degree - ideally LLB, LLM, LPC or Cilex Experience
  • Previous Private Client experience essential
  • A good level of computer literacy
  • Excellent communication skills both internally and with clients

My client is offering an annual salary of between £24,000 -£27,000depending on experience.
