Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 + Pension + Benefits
DAYS - Monday - Friday

My client a leading manufacturer within the FMCG sector is due to expansion looking to recruit an experienced maintenance engineer. This highly respected manufacturer is looking to expand its engineering capacity and is adding to the knowledge already within their current team. The role
- Maintenance Planning
- Production PPM Maintenance - Scheduling routine equipment services and ensuring all paperwork are audit ready
- Industrial PPM Maintenance - Scheduling routine equipment services and ensuring all paperwork are audit ready
- Contractor Service schedule - liaising and organising visits in conjunction with Production availability
- Coordinate and arrange with Production regarding machine downtime for servicing
- CWorks CMMS
- Implement software updates
- Day-to-day - monitor Work Requests, Work Orders, Purchasing, Materials
- Generating and maintaining weekly PPM/Condition Based Monitoring Schedules for machines - Production & Industrial Engineering
- Creating and implementing new maintenance schedules
- Ensure asset register is updated
- Point of contact for CWorks support
- Point of contact for site regarding CWorks issues
- Site administrator for CWorks
- Compliance
- Plan and coordinate statutory insurance inspections of equipment - LOLER/PUWER, PSSR.
- Monitor, action and record any corrective works relating to L8 - Cooling Towers, Domestic Water Systems, Chlorine Dioxide
- Ensure all new and current equipment are food safe i.e. material compliance and conformity declarations
- Ensure all equipment calibrations and inspections are up to date
- Ensure engineering documents are compliant in line with company procedures
- Ensure all works are conducted in line with risk assessments and relevant regulations i.e. Working at Height, COSHH
- Support Projects to ensure new equipment and methods are compliant
- Support Technical regarding any equipment queries.
- Support Projects & Technical in providing site drawings and process flows. AutoCad works.
- General Admin
- Contractor control - permits/induction - RAMS
- Monitor engineering attendance/overtime
- Ensure all relevant departments are advised when contractors are working within their area
- Monitor and generate Engineering KPI figures / data analysis
- Purchase Orders - Raise & Receive
- Keep engineering documents audit ready
- Read and respond to emails in a timely manner
