You will need to adapt to different classroom environments and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring continuity of learning.
- Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Assessing and providing feedback on student progress.
- Collaborating with other staff members to support student learning.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Willingness to undertake a successful enhanced DBS check.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to different teaching environments.
