BDS are currently recruiting for a friendly and cheerful live in Estates assistant for a sheltered housing retirement complex for residents aged 55 and over, based in Evesham
Working hours are 20 Hours a week Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm
To be the first point of contact for residents and visitors to the service.
Making contact with the residents daily and checking their welfare, having a chat and
Reporting any faults or repairs
Signposting information of local services
Grounds maintenance, grass cutting, bush trimming, pruning, bits of DIY in and around the service.
To build familiarity with the residents
There are admin tasks included within the role, keeping accurate records, responding to emails, managing spreadsheets etc
