In this role, you will support the team by managing a variety of tasks, including:

  • Processing a high volume of internal and external emails
  • Making and receiving calls to provide excellent customer service
  • Troubleshooting and assisting with customer inquiries
  • Scheduling technician appointments and processing job cards
  • Regularly reporting on KPIs related to warranty claims
  • Managing the stock portfolio of parts and components
  • Receiving and processing orders from valued customers

  • A courteous and polite manner when interacting with customers and colleagues

  • A valid driving licence and access to a car
  • Previous experience in a coordinator or customer service role
  • Familiarity with KPI reporting and stock management

You will be utilising various software tools in your daily tasks, with a focus on Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and customer management systems.
