Job Title: Technical Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Technical Coordinator to join a dynamic and growing team in Worcestershire. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage multiple projects within the new build bespoke housing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage technical aspects of ongoing construction projects from planning through to completion in the new build bespoke housing sector.
Liaise between the design team, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project progression.
Ensure all technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant regulations.
Assist in the preparation of project reports, progress updates, and problem-solving on site-related issues.
Review plans, specifications, and construction details to ensure all designs meet the required standards and specifications.
Monitor project time lines and assist in the procurement of materials and resources.
Provide support to the site teams, ensuring they have the technical support and guidance needed.
Key Requirements:
Experience in a Technical Coordinator or similar role within the construction industry, ideally in new build bespoke housing.
Strong understanding of construction processes, technical drawings, and project management.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
Knowledge of relevant building regulations and industry standards.
A full UK driving license is essential, as the role involves travel to various sites.
