Adecco Worcester are looking for a Procurement Co-Ordinator on behalf of their client in Evesham. Working as a part of a small and close knit team you will collaborate with all departments throughout the business and play a vital role in supporting the business with Procurement activities.

Key tasks are as follows:

  • Tracks orders and confirms system lead times, delivery dates and cost.
  • Reviews, updates and maintains purchase orders until they are closed.
  • Ensures orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts, reports non-conformance's.
  • Assist finance and logistics staff in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies.
  • Identifies opportunities and implements actions to achieve efficiency's.
  • Purchase lamination adhesives.
  • Control inventory level vs budget.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • SAP experience would be beneficial but training will be provided
  • Stong computer skills Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Being able to talk and work well with team members
  • Able to prioritise
  • Numerate and analytical skills
