Location: Evesham, Worcestershire
Salary: Around £30,000 per year

We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join a charming, independent 4-star hotel in Evesham. You'll work alongside the F&B Manager, helping to run all things food and drink, ensuring our guests get the best experience possible, whether they're dining in the restaurant, enjoying a drink at the bar, or attending a conference or wedding.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Help manage the daily running of the restaurant, bar, conferences and events.
* Lead and support the team, ensuring everything runs smoothly and guests are always happy.
* Get stuck in with the hands-on side of things to maintain top service standards.
* Focus on the small details that make a big difference to our guests' experience.
* Be a key part of the team and help develop those around you.

What We're Looking For:
* Experience in supporting food and beverage operations (restaurants, bars, events, weddings and Birthdays).
* A natural leader with a hands-on approach and a passion for customer service.
* Someone who's great at working with others in a small team and knows how to handle a fast-paced environment.
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to handle guest concerns professionally.
* Great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
* Ambitious and keen to develop your career in the hospitality industry.
* Professional and well-presented at all times.
