What's involved?
A successful Restaurant and Bars Manager will have a great experience working in high end hospitality in the Hotel sector. You will be a front facing, driven leader with considerable experience in managing multiple onsite outlets including fine dining, bars and lounges. You will have trained teams, coordinated closely with directors and met and improved on company budgets and standards. Experience overseeing and operating multiple outlets is key as well as balancing the ability to coordinate with guests and exceed expectations.
