As the Coffee Shop Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth service, team development, and financial control. Coffee Shop Manager - Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a large team, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Oversee operational efficiency, maintaining high standards in food and beverage preparation, hygiene, and safety.
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and waste control to maximise efficiency and minimise costs.
- Take ownership of financial performance, including budgeting, sales forecasting, and cost control.
- Support recruitment, on-boarding, and ongoing training to develop a high-performing team.
- Implement company policies and brand standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with other local store managers to drive best practices and operational improvements.
