Coffee Shop Manager - Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a large team, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.

  • Oversee operational efficiency, maintaining high standards in food and beverage preparation, hygiene, and safety.
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and waste control to maximise efficiency and minimise costs.
  • Take ownership of financial performance, including budgeting, sales forecasting, and cost control.
  • Support recruitment, on-boarding, and ongoing training to develop a high-performing team.
  • Implement company policies and brand standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with other local store managers to drive best practices and operational improvements.
