Neighbourhood Housing Officer  Location: Gloucester/Evesham & (hybrid working)Duration: 9 Months (FTC) Salary: £34,425Are you passionate about making a real difference in your community? If so, we’d love to hear from you! As a Neighbourhood Housing Officer, you’ll be at the heart of the community, ensuring residents receive excellent housing services. You’ll manage a designated patch, providing support, resolving tenancy issues, and working closely with residents to create safe, thriving neighbourhoods.  What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Managing tenancies and estates to ensure compliance and community well-being
  • Supporting residents with tenancy issues, rent concerns, and housing advice
  • Proactively identifying and addressing issues affecting neighbourhoods, such anti-social behaviour, housing concerns, and environmental issues.
  • Building strong relationships with residents, local authorities, and community partners.
  • Conducting estate inspections to maintain safe and attractive communities
  • Building strong relationships with residents to understand and address their needs
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in housing management
  • Professional housing or related qualification Level 3 or working towards
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of tenancy law, anti-social behaviour, and housing regulations
  • A proactive, community-focused approach with a passion for helping others
  • Ability to travel within your designated area (a valid UK driving licence may be required)
