- Experience in housing management
- Professional housing or related qualification Level 3 or working towards
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of tenancy law, anti-social behaviour, and housing regulations
- A proactive, community-focused approach with a passion for helping others
- Ability to travel within your designated area (a valid UK driving licence may be required)
