Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Location: Evesham, Worcestershire

As our Engineering Supervisor, your chief role will be to orchestrate first-rate engineering maintenance and support, adhering to our objectives and financial expectations. You will inspire and guide our engineering team at the site, inculcating a culture of constant enhancement while upholding the utmost delivery standards.

Skills required for this Engineering Supervisor Role:

A background in a comparable role, preferably within a fast-paced manufacturing industry.
Demonstrable expertise in guiding, developing, and inspiring teams.
Familiarity with budget oversight and alignment with KPIs.
Proven track record in stimulating continuous improvements.
Proficiency in English communication and IT applications.
An optimistic outlook and a strong commitment to work.
