Location: Exeter

Salary: £28,000 P/A 

Hours: 8:45am - 5:30pm

Job Description: 

As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll be part of the busy Operations Team, providing clients with a global network of serviced apartments. You’ll handle all Accommodation Specialist duties while overseeing their daily performance. Working with the Director of Operations and other managers, you’ll drive growth, assist clients, and ensure exceptional customer service. You’ll mentor your team through regular meetings and appraisals.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage enquiries and bookings with exceptional efficiency.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in the serviced accommodation industry, including supply chain, product, enquiry, and booking processes. Offer consultation and recommendations to your team and Situ’s clients.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
  • Maximise opportunities to develop and nurture relationships with clients, suppliers, colleagues, and others.
  • Mentor Key and Accommodation Specialists alongside the Operations Manager and Hospitality & Quality Manager to ensure all individual, team, and business KPIs are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct monthly appraisals, providing feedback and coaching to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Ensure high-quality service standards for both internal and external customers.
  • Meet or exceed KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Adhere to and support company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with management responsibilities as needed.
