Job Purpose- Manage a varied client portfolio, working closely with Managers and Partners to ensure deadlines and budgets are being met.
- Preparation of statutory financial statements, primarily for Limited companies and Charities.
- Lead Companies Act audits, including planning, fieldwork, completion, stock take attendances and systems recording.
- Oversee junior staff, including workflow management, review work, and training.
- Preparation of letters and reports in relation to audit and the financial statements.
- Preparation of corporation tax returns for Limited companies.
- Build trusted client relationships as their main point of contact, proactively handling queries
- Lead WIP reporting for your portfolio, maintaining complete recording and filing.
- Monitor and interpret changes in legislation and industry trends.

- Recent practice experience including statutory audits, group audits, and the preparation of consolidated financial statements

- Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written
