Role summary:
Search are delighted to be supporting the recruitment of a Finance Officer to join our client's Edinburgh office with hybrid and flexible working. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play an important role in the financial operations and reporting within the Finance department.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Deliver effective operational and financial reporting through the collation of management accounts and reporting on sales and purchase ledgers.
* Create and distribute purchase orders in an efficient and accurate manner.
* Validate, collate and payment of supply chain invoices in accordance with company process.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve invoice enquiries.
* Identify and implement process improvements throughout the invoicing and reporting process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills and experience you'll ideally have:
* Proven experience in a similar transactional finance role.
* An understanding of financial processes.
* Proficiency in financial software, with knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Proactive approach to work with an eye for detail.
* Demonstrable communication skills and well organised.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
