- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage general ledger accounting and ensure accuracy in all financial records
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports for senior leadership
- Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting to support business decisions
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Assist with tax filings, VAT returns, and other regulatory requirements
- Support external audit processes and provide key documentation
- Lead initiatives for process improvement within the finance department
- Qualifications: ACA/ACCA qualified
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar financial accounting role.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience with financial software (ERP systems advantageous)
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical skills with an eye for detail and precision
