Role Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver accounts and tax services for a portfolio of rural clients
- Prepare detailed accounts for large and complex businesses
- Provide insightful advice on tax planning and compliance
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional service
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Identify opportunities for added value and assist clients in achieving their financial goals

Candidate Requirements
- AAT qualified with a strong background in accountancy practice
- Experience managing complex client portfolios
- Excellent technical knowledge in accounts preparation and tax compliance
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
- Experience in or knowledge of the rural sector is desirable but not essential
- £38,000 to £48,000 per annum
- Full time, permanent role
