Responsibilities;
As an Accounts Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to build your expertise by supporting various essential finance functions, including:
- Completing accurate bank reconciliations to ensure smooth financial operations
- Processing purchase invoices and payments with attention to detail
- Conducting supplier statement reconciliations to maintain accuracy in our records
- Performing daily data checks and reporting to support financial transparency
- Processing sales invoices and receipts to support the business's cash flow
- Assisting with management accounting tasks as required, enhancing your knowledge in this field
