- Manage and maintain the New Homes Manager's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and events.
- Organise and respond to emails, sensing potential issues and preventing issues before they occur.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, third parties, developers, other professionals and internal team members and responding on behalf of the relevant departments when necessary.
- Co-ordinate with third parties to ensure deadlines are met and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Handle tasks for team members as needed, ensuring that all efforts contribute to the overall department’s success.
- Support administrative tasks, including organising documents, reports, and other ad-hoc duties.
- Drafting and raising invoices
- Completing background checks on property/strategic land
- Drafting and arranging completion of Terms of Business
- Land Registry searches
- Assisting with marketing for the department
- General administrative support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Drive tools.
- Excellent time management, communication skills, and a high level of discretion.
- A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
