Reed Financial Services are working with a well-established IFA business who seek a IFA Client Support for either  their Exeter or Bath office.

You would join a team of administrators so a wealth of knowledge in the team and a friendly working environment, my client can offer hybrid working up to 2 days at home after training/onboarding period.

Summary - To provide administration support to the Planner and Technical Support team.  To promote the Company in a good light.  Remain customer service focussed at all times and always ensure empathy with our customer’s needs. 

Main responsibilities:

•To have a thorough understanding of the sales process, client file requirements and FCA requirements. 

•To deliver what clients perceive to be a personalised and high quality service.  

•To familiarise yourself with each clients circumstances, objectives and timescales in order to provide a personalised service.  

•Obtain information from providers on clients existing financial arrangements and prepare client valuations. 

•Input all client information and history into the back office system. 

•Collate all documentation and ensure that the New Business pack is complete prior to submitting applications to providers.  

•To effectively manage and look after an individual ongoing case list to include new business cases and ensure own tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

•Be a point of contact for client queries. 

•Deal with client and provider correspondence. 

•Ensure that the client file is compliant. 

•Prepare review packs ahead of client meetings. 

•To follow Company and FCA procedures at all times. 

•Undertake other such administration duties on a day-to-day basis as requested. 

Experience/skills required.

Salary

  • Up to £32,000 depending on experience.

Bonus

  • Discretionary annual bonus with opportunity to earn up to 5% of basic salary, based on Company performance
