IFA Client Support

We are seeking an IFA Client Support to join our team of administrators in a well-established IFA business. This role offers a friendly working environment and the opportunity for hybrid working. The successful candidate will provide essential administration support to the Planner and Technical Support team, ensuring a high-quality service that aligns with the company’s values and FCA requirements.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the sales process, client file requirements, and FCA requirements.
  • Deliver personalised and high-quality service that meets clients’ expectations.
  • Understand each client’s circumstances, objectives, and timescales to provide tailored service.
  • Obtain information from providers on clients’ existing financial arrangements and prepare client valuations.
  • Input all client information and history into the back-office system.
  • Collate documentation and ensure the New Business pack is complete before submitting applications to providers.
  • Manage an ongoing case list, including new business cases, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Act as a point of contact for client queries and handle correspondence with clients and providers.
  • Maintain compliance with client files.
  • Prepare review packs for client meetings.
  • Adhere to Company and FCA procedures at all times.
  • Perform other administration duties as requested.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Administration experience within an IFA, Wealth Management, or Financial Services environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
