Are you a Field Service Engineer from a mechanical background looking to service, maintain and repair compactors, balers and other waste recycling machinery in a Monday-Friday role offering a good work life balance and the chance to progress to management, all whilst covering a regional patch across the South-West?

This well-established company provides specialised repair, maintenance, and servicing for a variety of equipment across both commercial and private sectors. Since its founding in 2002, the company has enjoyed steady growth and is expanding its experienced team to meet growing demand.

In this role, you will oversee the servicing and repair of a wide range of waste recycling machinery (e.g. compactors, balers) throughout the Southwest. You'll work Monday - Friday 7am-5pm (with some early finishes on a weekly basis) visiting multiple sites maintaining and repairing machinery whilst benefiting from door-to-door pay and clear opportunities to progress into leadership roles.

This role is ideal for a Service Engineer from a mechanical background eager to take on an autonomous, field-based role within a trusted company who offer a good work-life balance, ongoing staff progression and door-to-door pay.

The Role:

• Maintain and repair waste recycling equipment / machinery
• Field based servicing a patch covering Southwest England
• Monday - Friday, days based- weeks on average between 40/50 hours
