This local practice recently merged with a global multidisciplinary construction company.The design led consultancy which is aggressively expanding offers a range of services from Architectural, through to construction management and planning all while maintaining an excellent staff Retention.   • Producing working drawing packages
  • Liaising with consultants and clients
  • Lead and manage technical design projects
  • Attending site meetings
  • Measured surveys and site inspections
  • Revit software skills is preferred but not mandatory
  • AutoCAD skills
  • Excellent communication skills and work well in a team and independently
  • Previous project sector experience on the above required
  • Technical ability and capability to take full responsibility for own workload
  • Relevant Architectural qualification
  • In practice experience essential
