The multi award winning company has over 25 years’ experience in the architecture field. The multi-disciplinary design focussed consultancy works across a wide range of projects from residential and master planning to student housing and healthcare. Currently going under expansion due to winning multiple new projects. Due to this you’ll be working with individuals from differing backgrounds and be heavily involved in new projects from early stages.You will be working entirely on Revit, as this company is currently progressing the technology they use and the services they offer to clients, therefore you will need to be proficient in this software.   • A confident leader who can take the lead and run their own projects
  • Preparation of feasibility studies, sketch designs, Revit models / CAD Drawings for the detail design, specification and reports
  • Work on a variety of projects across a number of sectors
  • Knowledge of site surveys and building regulations for the planning of projects at the inception stages
  • Excellent knowledge of technical matters and building regulations
  • Relevant Degree (Architectural Technology, Construction or the Built Environment)
  • Experience across a range of projects would be desirable
  • Proficiency using Revit
  • Confident, articulate communicator with excellent leadership capabilities
