The Role:

Randstad are working with a very dear and longstanding client of ours who are looking to secure the services of a qualified Asbestos Surveyor (and ideally dual skilled analyst too) who would be able to service commercial survey contracts across Exeter, Plymouth and other areas up to and including North Devon

The sites will all be exclusively retail and other Commercial premises and the surveys will be carried out using a bespoke app my client have designed that is similar to Teams / Alpha Tracker.

About You:

You must be a BOHS P402 qualified surveyor, whilst an analyst with excellent commercial survey experience

This will be a fully independent and autonomous role, therefore you need to be highly experienced in working under your own initiative and must be confident in designing and executing your own work schedules.
