Net Zero Sales Consultant (Commercial)

The Net Zero Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and achieving revenue targets by proactively managing opportunities for clients. This includes taking responsibility for Net Zero-related inquiries, working either directly or collaboratively with the team. The primary focus of this role is to provide support, guidance, and exceptional customer service, while also identifying additional revenue opportunities and ensuring client retention.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Adhere to all policies and procedures of Business Cost Reduction Associates Limited and its related companies.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to personal development through the implementation of personal development plan.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends, client activity, and competitor movements, providing feedback to the management team within the company and its related companies.
  • Ensure the integrity of client, prospect, and franchisee data within the CRM and other relevant systems.
  • Uphold the values of Business Cost Reduction Associates Limited and its related companies.
  • Prioritize clients and prospects by ensuring all engagements are mutually profitable for the client and the consultant.
  • Contribute to the achievement of revenue and profit targets by meeting engagement and KPI goals across all services.
  • Complete a fact-finding process for each allocated panel client, covering both procurement and ECS, identifying business opportunities, documenting agreed actions, and storing them in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the Director, Sales Manager, and Commercial team to develop an Energy Management Strategy that maximizes revenue from Energy and Carbon Services.
