My client is a leading Software Solutions provider. They are seeking a Part-time Bookkeeper (2 days per week) to join their Exeter-based team.

The successful candidate will benefit from being part of a close-knit and passionate business, geared to help them flourish.

As a Bookkeeper / Administrator, you will be responsible for providing pivotal support to the financial operations and general administrative duties of the business.

You will be tasked with providing and maintaining accurate financial records using Sage Accounting and Payroll, as well as processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations, overseeing payroll functions, and ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations.

You will also prepare VAT returns and assist with financial reporting, handle general administrative duties, including document management and correspondence, and support the team with ad-hoc financial and operational tasks.

As a Bookkeeper / Administrator, you must have:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and payroll administration
  • Proficiency in Sage Accounting & Payroll (Cloud)
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and best practices

As a Bookkeeper, you must have strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail
