Titan Recruitment is currently seeking a General Maintenance Worker to join our clients team based in Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual looking for consistent work with an immediate start.
Job Details:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday
- Start Time: Varies between 5:00 AM 7:00 AM (Depending on the days tasks)
- Finish Time: Varies between 1:00 PM 6:00 PM (Depending on the days tasks)
- Pay: £12 per hour !WEEKLY PAY!
Key Responsibilities:
- General maintenance and upkeep of council grounds
- Removing litter and emptying litter bins at regular intervals based on demand
- Removing small amounts of graffiti and fly posters
- Trimming or removing weed growth
- Cleaning public toilets and car parks as needed
Requirements:
- Full,clean and valid UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexibility in working across different shifts when required to meet service demands
- No prior experience needed; full training will be provided
