  • Support the client deliver information strategies, working with colleagues to improve the quality and insight from housing and customer data.
  • Providing insight from data to enable positive performance improvements and transparency to support the way we work.
  • Understanding both the internal and external customer needs and ensuring that the processes and systems meet tenant, regulatory and colleague requirements always.
  • Designing, collating, validating and presenting key information. 
  • Managing projects, developing colleague talent in relation to data skills, offering management direction, instituting best practices in relation to data and performance.
  • Identify the business analysis activity for projects within the client corporate, asset, customer strategy and knowledge and information strategy
The Candidate will need:
  • Professionally recognised qualifications in relation to business analysis or project management
  • Proven experience in a comparable role
  • Experience working as a Business Analyst, with a comprehensive knowledge across the multiple areas
  • Knowledge & relevant work experience of data architecture and modelling
  • Experience using relevant software and tools for business process identification and mapping.
  • Experience of using data analysis software & tools not limited to, but including those available on the Microsoft stack
  • Experience of using Project management & planning software not limited to, but including those available on the Microsoft stack
