Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather requirements. Your ability to critically evaluate information and reconcile conflicts will be crucial.
  • Strategic Support: Assist the Programme Manager with strategic developments and tactical deployments. Influence operational discussions and carry out feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Project Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation using tools like SharePoint and Verto. Manage internal project resources, identify and resolve issues, and ensure effective delivery.
  • Service Improvement: Undertake service reviews, run stakeholder workshops, and prepare business requirement specifications. Design business processes to be more efficient and customer-focused.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks and issues associated with the programme, escalate them to the Project Manager, and manage mitigation actions.
  • Professional Development: Participate in the Personnel Performance & Development (PPD) Review process to identify training needs and attend training events. Maintain professional knowledge by networking and attending courses.
  • Compliance and Confidentiality: Ensure security and confidentiality of information in line with GDPR policies. Actively promote the Service’s Core Values and comply with Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion policies.
  • Liaison and Reporting: Liaise with national and regional project teams, attend meetings, and respond to documentation. Provide professional advice, progress reports, and position statements to the Programme and Project Manager and the Executive Board.
  • Design and Implementation: Work with various service areas to transform new requirements into design and implementation. Develop future state design blueprints based on the current 'as-is' position.
  • Health and Safety: Perform tasks in a safe manner in accordance with Health and Safety policies and legislation.
