Business Intelligence Manager
A leading not-for-profit in the South West of England is seeking a talented and experienced Business Intelligence Manager to join their team. This role is critical in driving the organisation's journey towards becoming data and insight-led, ultimately improving outcomes
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new tools and systems to facilitate analysis and improve understanding, supporting the provision of strategic insight
- Lead the Business Intelligence team, collaborating with Digital Services and external partners
- Provide specialist advice on datasets, analysis, research, and reporting
- Deliver robust and accessible analysis to guide strategic decision-making
- Manage data governance and user responsibilities throughout the organisation
- Design data models and create dashboards using Power
- BIProduce strategic data modeling and forecasting to predict trends and future requirements
- Support and refine existing reports and dashboards
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence
- Strong proficiency in Power BI and data visualisation techniques
- Excellent communication skills, able to present complex data to various audiences
- Experience in managing sensitive and confidential data
- Leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire team members
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
