Avocet Legal Careers has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced telesales professional or customer services advisor to join our client’s fast growing, forward thinking legal services company as a Telesales Executive in Exeter.

This is an office based role dealing with both inbound and outbound calls to people who have made an initial enquiry via our client’s website or by telephone/email. The successful applicant will have a proven telesales or strong customer services background. It is essential that you have great telephone etiquette and the ability to build a rapport with prospective clients.

Telesales Executive responsibilities include:

  • You will deal with inbound and outbound calls from people who have made an initial enquiry via our client’s website or by telephone/email
  • You will take detailed information from these prospective clients ensuring you are asking the right questions
  • You will be responsible for providing the relevant information to prospective clients in relation to the services provided by the company
  • You will draft accurate letters/emails to send to prospective clients and new clients

Telesales Executive requirements:

  • You will have proven telesales or customer service experience
  • You will have strong call handling experience
  • You will be comfortable dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis
  • You will have an excellent telephone matter, strong written communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • You will be very client focused and will have exceptional customer service skills
  • You will be driven and motivated in a fast-paced sales role
  • You will be able to work under pressure and under your own initiative
  • You will be able to work well in a team environment

Salary, Hours and Benefits:

  • £28,000 per annum plus monthly bonus equating to approx. £3,000 per year
  • Progression opportunities
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch. You will also be required to work one shift of 12pm until 7pm once a week and 1 Saturday once per month for 3 hours
  • 22 days annual leave- annual leave increases after each 1 year of service to a maximum of 25 days annual leave
  • Regular social events plus Summer and Christmas events
