The position is for an HGV Driver in Drainage Services, based in Exeter, with a salary range of £32,000 to £37,500 plus benefits.
The role involves working with Engineers on site maintenance tasks, including tank cleaning at petrol stations and responding to critical call-outs.
Candidates must possess an HGV/LGV CE driving license (Class 2) and have prior experience in site maintenance and drainage.
The ideal applicant should be willing to undergo additional training and be prepared to stay away from home for up to four nights a week, with accommodation and meals provided.
Previous experience with RAMS documentation and the ability to represent the company positively on client sites are also required.

The post holder will ensure all systems are working correctly and identifying root causes and provide customers with a long-term solution.

The role:

To work as part of a team to perform and deliver site maintenance works, which will include tank cleaning works on petrol filling stations and distribution centres
To respond and react to call outs for critical issues
To speak with customers on site to discuss on-going works and further services
To maintain a clean vehicle and ensure all equipment, tools, PPE and other work items are in good order and repair and available for use at all times.
To complete all required paperwork and submit in a timely manner to the divisional supervisor
To liaise with supervisors regarding all works and recommending improvements for possible opportunities

The person:

HGV/LGV CE driving license, (Class 2)
Previous knowledge and experience of completing RAMS documentation onsite.
Experience of site maintenance, drainage and delivery of objectives
Willingness to undertake any additional training to increase capability of the division in supplying a service to customers.
Ability to operate on client sites, representing the company at its best at all times
Happy to stay away with work up to 4 nights a week. Accommodation and meals will be paid for
