This spring, The Holt Exeter is launching a brand-newcasual dining restaurantin the heart of Exeter. Were looking for atalented Head Chefto take the reins from day one, shaping our menu, building a high-performing kitchen team, and putting The Holt Exeter on the map as a go-to dining destination.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Overseeall aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Lead, manage, and inspirethe kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and positive work culture.
  • Ensurecompliance with food safety regulationsand maintain a clean, organized kitchen.
  • Take ownership ofmenu development, food production, and inventory management.
  • Train and mentor team members,helping them develop and grow.
  • Work closely with restaurant management tooptimise service, costs, and efficiency.
