We are currently recruiting for a Gas Installation Engineer to join a leading social housing provider based in Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on domestic properties in a permanent, full-time capacity, working 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities:

  • Install domestic heating boilers, including combi swaps and conversions.
  • Conduct boiler swaps with rates starting at 200.
  • Complete works in line with specifications and gas safety regulations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and safety during all interactions.
  • Accurately complete all relevant paperwork.
  • Adhere to operational procedures, safe working practices, and health & safety standards.
  • Report any accidents, near-miss events, or potential hazards.
  • Undertake additional maintenance tasks as required.
  • Provide flexible and high-quality service to a diverse range of customers.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent formal training in the relevant craft qualification.
  • ACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT (LPG, unvented, oil, solar, and renewable qualifications are desirable but not essential).
  • Full driving license.
  • Strong understanding of gas legislation, health & safety, and industry best practices.
