We are excited to offer a rare opportunity for a Laboratory Technician to join our team due to continued growth.

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated individual to assist in testing and inspecting aerospace products and materials. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting inspections, maintaining documentation, and entering results into systems.
  • Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure the highest standards of accuracy.
  • Working independently while maintaining clear communication with senior technicians.

What We're Looking For:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive and self-sufficient approach to work.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a laboratory environment (advantageous).
  • Level 3 qualification or higher in a science-related subject (advantageous).
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong commitment to quality standards and health and safety awareness.
  • A flexible, team-oriented attitude.

Role Details:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
  • Salary: Up to £28,000 DOE.
  • Initial contract: 6 to 12 months, with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate.
