A prestigious estate agency that has built up a highly professional reputation and is now the number one agent within a very competitive market currently have a vacancy for a Customer Relationship Manager working within their fast-paced City Centre New Homes department with a salary up to £34,000 to include benefits and bonuses pa.

Role Objectives

  • To provide sales, administrative and marketing support effectively and efficiently to the Manager and New Homes Sales team and to provide the highest level of customer service.
  • To work pro-actively to assist both the department sales team and Management to grow the company’s business and to continue to raise the Company’s profile across all sectors of the business.
  • To willingly and enthusiastically promote and progress all sales, advertising and marketing initiatives and where necessary take personal responsibility for specific initiatives as instructed by the management team.
  • To assist the team by carrying out viewings on site whenever required.

Main Duties

  • Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries in a timely manner and dealing with telephone and internet enquiries and booking appointments in the diary
  • Department administration
  • Diary management ensuring that appointments are scheduled effectively
  • Site visit to carry out viewings when required
  • Efficient use of New Homes software, ensuring information entered accurately
  • To efficiently manage Applicant Registration, to manage the applicant database and to encourage best practice in applicant registration in line with GDPR.
  • To provide full administrative support to Negotiators, undertaking a pro-active role in the efficiency of the Sales office.
  • Creating draft Sales Particulars using wording and photographs provided by the Negs for approval.
  • To put together memorandums of sale to send to Developers, Purchasers and Solicitors
  • Liaising with Sales Progression Manager, to obtain updates from Solicitors, Developers, Purchasers, Agents and Intermediaries to move sale along.
  • You may be asked from time to time to attend company and charity related events, attend company meetings and training meetings, or work from another office/location.
  • Any other duties as requested by management

We are seeking a role go getter, ideally with some property background or experience in a dynamic fast paced similar environment in a support role. Own car required for appointments. Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 p.a. depending on experience to include benefits like clothing allowance and bonus. On target earnings in the region of £34,000
