Job Title: Head of Service Sales 

Location: Based at Scania Exeter covering the Southwest Region (Hybrid working)

Working Hours:  Monday to Friday - 8.45am – 5:00pm

Salary: From £55,000 per year, with an excellent benefits package, including:

Scania is seeking a dynamic Head of Service Sales to lead aftersales business growth in our Southwest Region. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will oversee a team of Account Managers, drive sales strategies, and promote our range of aftersales products.

In this role you will:•    Manage a regional team, ensuring compliance and business growth.•    Develop and implement sales strategies in line with national and regional business plans.•    Collaborate cross functionally, to deliver a fantastic service and maximise opportunities. •    Build and maintain customer relationships, based on trust. •    Proactively sell and market Scania’s Aftersales products (R&M packages, service contracts, parts sales and much more). 

About you:•    Leadership – the ability to lead, coach and develop a team.  •    Communication - possess strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.•    Open minded - the ability to identify new opportunities and encourage your team to do the same. •    Systems - confident in your ability to utilise and maximise CRM systems.•    Sales experience - a proven track record of driving sales and business development.If you’re interested in this role we’d love to hear from you.
