Are you a Building Surveyor or similar looking for an autonomous role offering the chance to work on specialist projects within a multi-million turnover Property Consultancy who pride themselves on ongoing development of staff and offer a progression structure right through to Directorship?
This well-established company are a Property Consultancy working with a broad network of Commercial clients across the UK, primarily in the South West with. They have seen continual growth to the point they have 70 staff across 4 offices and due to an ever increasing workload they are looking to grow their friendly team.
In this dynamic role you will be working on a range of commercial projects around the South West as you undertake valuations, quotations and liaison with clients. You will take on a portfolio of 20/30 projects at one time as you work within a tight-knit team of 7 and liaise with other departments and senior leadership.
This role would Building Surveyor or similar to join a leading company who offer the chance to work on dynamic and technical projects in a role offering a bonus to increase your earnings and progression right through to directorship .
The Role:
- Manage a range of commercial projects across the South West
- Carry out valuations, quotations and surveys
- Hybrid role with some client visitation
- Clear progression right through to Directorship
The Person:
- Building Surveyor or similar
- Commutable to Exeter
- Happy to undertake travel across the South West
