The role requires at least 2 years of industry experience in a similar consultancy environment.

Building Surveyor (Assistant / Intermediate)Exeter£35k - £45k (DOE)An exciting opportunity for a proactive Building Surveyor to join an agile, niche construction consultancy based in Exeter.As a client focused business, over 80% of their workload comes from repeat business! They manage a range of contract values up to £30m, spanning a variety of sectors including commercial, education, healthcare and residential. The vast majority of their work is in the Southwest region. As an Assistant / Intermediate Building Surveyor, you will ideally have at least 2 years industry experience, gained in a similar consultancy environment. You’ll be a joining an experienced and supportive team managing a variety of projects, with the opportunity to get involved with larger projects under the supervision of a Senior Consultant. These larger schemes include new build and refurbishment projects across a range of sectors. Key responsibilities will include project management, design and specification, surveys and inspections, contract administration (JCT MW) and client interaction.
