Sonic Summary

We are seeking two Surveyors to join the Property and Estates team at a Local Authority in Southwest England.
This is a hybrid role requiring two days onsite, with a pay rate of £350-400 per day via umbrella, inside IR35.
The initial contract is for six months, with full-time hours expected.
Candidates must have experience in Landlord, Tenant, and Commercial Properties, as well as the ability to undertake various asset management surveys.

We are working on 2x Surveyor roles, within Property and Estates at a Southwest based Local Authority.

Location: Southwest England

Set-up: Hybrid - 2 days onsite

Rate: £5300-400/day via umbrella, inside IR35

Duration: Initial 6-month contract

Hours: Full-time position

Responsibilities include:

Undertake asset management survey plans of corporate buildings, including measured surveys, fire, asbestos, condition and –Accessibility surveys, within the department’s planned timescales, programmes and budgets
Delivery of the planned maintenance programme, across the property estate
Delivery of surveys for asbestos, condition & Accessibility PCC buildings maintained in accordance with the maintenance strategy
Deliver the council’s Asset management Plan
Must have experience in Landlord, Tenant and Commercial Properties
