We are working on 2x Building Surveyor roles, within Property and Estates at a Southwest based Local Authority.
Location: Southwest England
Set-up: Hybrid - 2 days onsite
Rate: £375-420/day via umbrella, inside IR35
Duration: Initial 6-month contract
Hours: Full-time position
Responsibilities include:
- Undertake asset management survey plans of corporate buildings, including measured surveys, fire, asbestos, condition and –Accessibility surveys, within the department’s planned timescales, programmes and budgets
- Delivery of the planned maintenance programme, across the property estate
- Delivery of surveys for asbestos, condition & Accessibility PCC buildings maintained in accordance with the maintenance strategy
- Deliver the council’s Asset management Plan
- Must have experience in Landlord, Tenant and Commercial Properties
- Must have experience in writing reports, business cases, procurement and engaging with consultants
- Looking for engineering experience
- Can be qualified by experience
