Property Management Surveyor - Exeter

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Property Management Surveyor to join their team in Exeter. They are a leading specialist in the Asset Management, Investment, and Development of UK Real Estate, managing a substantial portfolio of £180 million in commercial assets.

This is a full-time role for an ambitious and driven Surveyor or Senior Surveyor. based primarily at their office in Exeter.

The role will involve handling all property accounts, facilities management (FM), and professional lease consultancy, providing a broad and varied workload. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking company that offers both asset management and lease consultancy experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing assets to enhance performance and improve client returns
  • Rent collection, payment processing, and disbursements
  • Collaborating closely with directors to ensure that strategies align with client investment objectives
  • Engaging with tenants and clients to maintain positive working relationships
  • Involvement in professional lease consultancy and some aspects of asset management

What We're Looking For:

  • A personable, approachable, and self-motivated individual with three years of post-RICS qualification experience
  • Proven experience in property management, including rent collection, financial strategy, and lease consultancy
  • Knowledge of property accounts and facilities management
  • Proficiency in Excel and property management software such as Re-Leased
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field
