- Generating new business by identifying and developing opportunities within the house build Market
- Managing current customers and growing client database.
- Ensuring excellent customer service to a high standard and ongoing project support.
- Providing technical advice on properties, assisting clients in selecting the best options for their needs
- Collaborating with internal teams, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving company growth and market presence
- Experience of sales in the new house building market
- Knowledge of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008
- Understanding of the local market conditions, including the current mortgage market.
- Understanding of the build process from start to legal completion.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to sales and customer management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A full UK driving licence (Essential due to location).
