JOB TITLE:      Sales AdvisorLOCATION:     ExeterSALARY:          DOEDURATION:    Permanent, Full Time The Role:
  • Generating new business by identifying and developing opportunities within the house build Market
  • Managing current customers and growing client database.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service to a high standard and ongoing project support.
  • Providing technical advice on properties, assisting clients in selecting the best options for their needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving company growth and market presence
Candidate requirements:
  • Experience of sales in the new house building market
  • Knowledge of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008
  • Understanding of the local market conditions, including the current mortgage market.
  • Understanding of the build process from start to legal completion.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to sales and customer management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A full UK driving licence (Essential due to location).
SUMMARY:This role requires a good understanding of the UK construction industry.
