Are you a passionate and resilient sales professional with a talent for building strong customer relationships? We are looking for a driven individual to join our Exeter-based team as a Sales Representative, where you'll play a key role in driving business growth by nurturing existing customer accounts and identifying new sales opportunities.

About the Role

In this phone-based role, you’ll work with a mix of established accounts, warm leads, and some cold calling to build relationships, maximize revenue, and identify new opportunities for growth. You'll use your excellent communication skills to engage with customers, offering them reliable products and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Use remote communication channels to prospect new clients.
  • Hit KPIs such as sales volume, revenue per call, and number of successful contacts.
  • Work towards sales targets with an attractive commission structure.
