We are seeking a dedicated and skilledJunior Sous Chefto join our dynamic kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Supervise and motivate kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes.
- Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation.
- Oversee food stock management, including ordering and inventory control.
- Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Contribute to menu development and implementation of new dishes.
