Your new companyYou will be joining a main contractor operating in the water sector. This high-profile organisation has a strong pipeline of work in the water sector and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Site Manager to join their team.Your new roleAs Site Manager, you will be based in the South West Water region and be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Managing direct labour and subcontractors
  • Coordinating all day-to-day site operations
  • Maintaining an accurate site diary
  • Liaising with clients
  • Undertaking site audits and inspections
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely on time, within budget and to expected quality.

What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you must have:

  • Previous experience in civil, mechanical and/or electrical works within the water industry in a site management or supervisory capacity
  • Ability to communicate with both internal and external project stakeholders
  • Strong time management and leadership skills.
