Your new companyYou will be joining a main contractor operating in the water sector. Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Site Manager to join their team.Your new roleAs Site Manager, you will be based in the South West Water region and be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Managing direct labour and subcontractors
- Coordinating all day-to-day site operations
- Maintaining an accurate site diary
- Liaising with clients
- Undertaking site audits and inspections
- Ensuring works are delivered safely on time, within budget and to expected quality.
What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you must have:
- Previous experience in civil, mechanical and/or electrical works within the water industry in a site management or supervisory capacity
- Ability to communicate with both internal and external project stakeholders
- Strong time management and leadership skills.
