- Oversee the production of project information models which contain 3D visualisations that bring together data, drawings and schedules associated with the design and construction phase of a project
- Ensuring that BIM execution plans are produced and maintained for each project
- Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Producing monthly reports for senior managers, to identify and measure BIM implementation
- Keeping up-to-date with advancements in building technology
- Developing and maintaining an understanding of ISO19650 and any applicable standards for clients
- Producing information requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR and EIR) as per ISO 19650
- Developing BIM execution plan (BEP)
- Drive best practice – from tenders to completion including supply chain assessment
- Chairing meetings to ensuring models are good for handover
- Strong communication skills
- Solid working knowledge of BIM standards and best practice
- Be able to work effectively with others
- Good understanding of the ISO 19650 series of documents
- Can discuss in detail openBIM standards such as IFC and COBie to support information interoperability
- Able to line manage / coach / mentor others and plan workload for a small team
- Relevant BIM Qualifications/Courses
- Experience implementing BIM within the construction industry
- Understanding of software such as Revizto, Revit, Procore, Viewpoint 4 Projects and COBie
- Relevant driving licence
