We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our client based in Exeter. Your main responsibility will be to assist the Senior Project Coordinator in fulfilling Project Management Duties.

Our client is a reputable and well thought of business based in Exeter. They are an independent professional construction consultancy providing a range of specialist services.

In this role you will be expected to call residents to arrange inspections and remedials. You will be also assisting with filling Inspector’s diaries, managing own client programmes, recording and reporting on the status of the works. You will be issuing schedules to developers / contractors, liaising / working closely with clients to book in appointments with difficult residents. This job is varied and you will be also assisting other teams within the business as and when required.

Package:

  • Hours of work 9.00 - 17.30 Monday to Friday
  • £23k - £25k starting salary DOE
